4. Product Descriptions and Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

However, because products are made-to-order, you acknowledge that minor variations may occur, including:

  • Colour variation between screens and printed products
  • Print placement variation
  • Fabric texture variation
  • Stitching variation
  • Sizing tolerances
  • Manufacturing tolerances
  • Natural garment shrinkage after washing

These variations do not constitute defects.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply if parcels are returned due to:

  • Incomplete addresses
  • Refused deliveries
  • Unclaimed parcels

 


10. Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, replacements, and store credits are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy.
